Overview & Controller Information

This Privacy Policy explains how Substracker ("we", "us", "our"), developed and operated by Dalsicore, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Dalsicore acts as the Data Controller for personal data processed through Substracker. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and other applicable national privacy laws.

🛡️ Global Compliance Regardless of where you are located, we apply the same baseline of data protection standards. Users in the EU/EEA, UK, California, Brazil, and other jurisdictions with specific rights receive those additional protections as described in Section 8.

ℹ️ We Do Not Collect We do not collect payment card details, bank account numbers, or other financial credentials. All payment processing is handled securely by Google Play / RevenueCat. We also do not sell your personal data to any third party.

How We Use Your Data

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions requiring a lawful basis, we process personal data under the following grounds:

⚠️ Advertising & Consent Google AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to show personalized ads. In regions requiring consent (EEA, UK), we display a consent prompt before serving personalized ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings or via the in-app privacy controls.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations:

  • Account and subscription data: retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
  • Usage and analytics data: retained for a maximum of 26 months (Firebase Analytics default)
  • Crash logs: retained for 90 days
  • One-time purchase records: retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations
  • Backup data: purged within 90 days of account deletion

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized so it can no longer identify you.

International Data Transfers

As we use cloud services like Firebase (operated by Google LLC, USA) and RevenueCat (USA), your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, which may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country.

We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including:

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers from the EEA/UK
  • Google's and RevenueCat's adequacy certifications and compliance with applicable transfer mechanisms
  • Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) where applicable

EU/EEA users also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority (DPA) if you believe your rights have been violated.

Children's Privacy

Substracker is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK, as applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete such data promptly.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Substracker (the "App") or any associated service provided by Dalsicore ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dalsicore. Use of the App also constitutes your acknowledgment of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

⚠️ Age Requirement You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA/UK) to use the App. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Description of Service

Substracker is a utility application that helps users track, organize, and manage their subscription services. Features include subscription entry and management, renewal reminders, cost summaries, and optional premium features available via in-app purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where practical but are not obligated to do so for non-material changes.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

  • One account per person; multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted

Substracker Pro — One-Time Purchase

Substracker offers a free tier and a one-time in-app purchase ("Substracker Pro") that permanently unlocks all premium features. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or automatic renewals.

  • One-Time Payment: Substracker Pro is purchased once via Google Play. You will never be charged again for the same account
  • Lifetime Access: Once purchased, Pro features are permanently available on your account for as long as the App exists on the platform
  • Managed via RevenueCat: Purchase verification and entitlement management is handled through RevenueCat. Your purchase is linked to your Google Play account
  • Restoring Purchase: If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can restore your Pro purchase via the "Restore Purchase" option in the App using the same Google Play account
  • Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly, except as required by applicable consumer protection law
  • Price Changes: The purchase price may change for new buyers at any time. Existing Pro users are not affected
🇪🇺 EU Consumer Rights EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a digital content contract within 14 days of purchase, unless digital content delivery has begun with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that this waives your right of withdrawal. By completing the purchase and accessing Pro features, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge this waiver.

Free Tier & Advertising

The free tier of Substracker is supported by advertising served by Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of advertisements within the App.

  • Ads may be personalized based on your device's advertising ID and usage data, subject to your consent preferences
  • You may opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Google Settings → Ads) or via in-app privacy controls
  • Upgrading to Substracker Pro removes all advertising from the App

User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App in an automated manner
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, branding, logos, and content (excluding user-provided data), are owned by or licensed to Dalsicore and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Your subscription data entered into the App remains yours. We claim no ownership over data you enter into Substracker.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Subscription data displayed is based solely on what you enter — we are not responsible for missed renewals or financial decisions made based on App data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DALSICORE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ONE-TIME PURCHASE OF SUBSTRACKER PRO, OR (B) USD $10.

ℹ️ Consumer Rights Note Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on liability for consumers. If you are a consumer in such a jurisdiction (e.g., EU, UK, Australia), statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract continue to apply.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dalsicore and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law; (c) we discontinue the Service. In the event of discontinuation of the Service, we will provide reasonable notice where practical. One-time purchase fees are non-refundable upon termination for breach.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For users in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

We encourage resolving disputes informally first by contacting us at hello.dalsicore@gmail.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally:

  • EU/EEA users: May use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • Other users: Disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of Indonesia

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may terminate your account before the effective date as described in Section 10.
